COURSE DESCRIPTION:

If you have put your trust in Jesus Christ and His finished work alone to save you, is your salvation eternal and secure? Or can eternal life be lost, given back, or forfeited? Are believers in Christ on divine probation with their destiny uncertain, or will God’s grace and power keep them saved forever? These are the crucial questions which this course will answer from the Bible in clear and concise terms.

If you are unsure of your eternal salvation and want to know with certainty that you are going to Heaven when you die, or if you are a relatively new believer in Jesus Christ as Savior and need to become established in the faith, or if you’ve been a carnal Christian and want to find your way back to fellowship with God, or if you have struggled with life-long addictions and need a firm foundation for assurance and practical victory, or if you have known and grown in Christ for a number of years and need further encouragement and edification, this course will greatly help you by clearly and faithfully explaining God’s Word on this crucial subject.

ASSIGNMENTS, GRADING, AND POLICIES

Reflection Papers. At the completion of each class, write out the things you learned in class that you never knew before and things you learned that you can practically apply to your life.

Weekly quizzes

Classroom participation. Part of the student’s grade will be based on how much he/she participates in class.

Late Policy. Any assignments turned in after the scheduled due date are penalized five percent (5%) of the original value per day including weekends, breaks, and holidays. No work will be accepted more than a week after the due date.

Missed Classes. Each missed class will result in a 5% of the student’s grade unless he/she contacts the professor beforehand (or shortly after the start of the class) with a valid excuse (e.g., emergencies and illnesses).
